These Terms & Conditions govern access to and use of the website meritrion.com and of the real estate crowdlending information services offered by Meritrion S.A.S., Tax ID 30-71829456-3, with registered address at Av. Corrientes 587, 8th floor, C1043AAF, Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Use of the site implies full acceptance of these terms.

1. Definitions

For the purposes of this document, the following shall be understood as: "User", any person who accesses or uses the site; "Meritrion" or "the Company", Meritrion S.A.S.; "Site", the website meritrion.com; "Services", the information and tools made available through the Site.

2. Purpose and scope

The Site provides information on real estate crowdlending projects in Argentina and allows users to subscribe to an informational newsletter. The information published is of a general nature and does not constitute personalised financial, legal or tax advice.

3. Registration and user data

The User who subscribes to the newsletter warrants that the data entered are true, accurate, current and their own. The use of third-party data without their consent is prohibited and may give rise to the corresponding legal responsibilities.

4. Permitted use

The User undertakes to use the Site diligently, respecting current legislation, morality, public order and these Terms & Conditions. Any use of the Site for fraudulent or unlawful purposes, or that may damage or disable Meritrion's systems, is prohibited.

5. Investment risks

Investments in real estate crowdlending projects are subject to risks, including the possible loss of the invested capital. Returns are not guaranteed and depend on the effective achievement of each development's objectives. The User declares that they know and accept these risks before participating in any project.

6. Regulatory framework

Meritrion operates under the framework of the National Securities Commission (CNV) for collective financing platforms, in accordance with General Resolution N° 717/2017 and complementary regulations. Projects and services involving public offering will comply with the applicable regulatory requirements.

7. Intellectual property

All contents of the Site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, source code and software, are owned by Meritrion or its licensors and are protected by Argentine intellectual property law. Their reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited.

8. Links to third-party sites

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. Meritrion does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of such sites. Access to them is carried out at the User's sole responsibility.

9. Liability

Meritrion shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site, except where the applicable legislation does not allow the limitation of liability.

10. Modifications

Meritrion may modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The modifications will take effect from their publication on the Site. It is recommended to periodically review this section.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. For any judicial matter that arises in relation to the Site, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary Courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
